  • About 1 in 4 adults with incomes at or below 138 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL) have access to employer-sponsored health insurance.
  • In comparison, over 90 percent of adults with incomes at or above 400 percent of FPL have access to employer-sponsored health insurance.
  • Adults living in the South and West are less likely to have access to employer-sponsored health insurance than adults living in other regions.
